Darren Sutherland
Darren Sutherland is Cree, a member of Fort Albany First Nation, and the Indigenous Community Engagement Officer on the Indigenous Affairs team. He studied Linguistics at the University of Ottawa and is passionate about topics related to language, history and education. Darren is available to discuss matters related to the Indigenous portfolio or the University of Ottawa’s Indigenization efforts. Students, staff, faculty and community members are encouraged to reach out.
